Blade training modules "fiber reinforced plastic"

The standard repair training modules 1-3 are courses developed and offered by windpower-concept GmbH.

Important training topics in these GRP repair modules include injection processes with polyester and epoxy resins, hand lay-up procedures, and the safe use of chemicals. Our trainers have years of experience and high levels of know-how and are also continually trained in all the topics above. They can always provide the latest technical knowledge, report on starting work with 9 m rotor blades, and provide values based on experience.

Quality is our basic expectation – and we teach this in the course we offer. Course participants leave us armed with a high level of knowledge, methods, and processes.

To maintain the high level of quality, our courses do limit the number of participants. You can download certificates for the participants later from the customer area on our website.

"Safe handling and the proper use and storage of chemicals", for example, is one of our refresher courses. We would be happy to work with you to design a course customized to meet your unique needs.

We have provided some examples below of how courses can be constructed from the standpoints of timing and content. We would be happy to discuss your needs in these aspects as well.

We separate our GRP training courses down into three different levels, by level of difficulty. This allows you to achieve high quality and standardize workflows during repairs. If you have specific desires, we can of course also adapt our courses to your requirements. Our practical courses have been developed for both beginners and experienced service technicians.
